Twitch Asylum

Those of you who have been following our show for a while have heard Woody talk about his radio controlled helicopter, and the RC helicopter flight sim program, and how difficult it is to fly these things. Well, recently I saw a shareware RC helicopter sim for Mac OS X, so I downloaded it onto my Powerbook. I wanted to find out whether it was really as hard as Woody said it was.

Sure enough, I usually crash within seconds of taking off. If I had bought a real RC helicopter I would have totally destroyed it in the first 5 minutes! It is fun to play with the sim though, and I am slowly getting a litle better at it.

I can only imagine!! To this day, I still can't fly the &#^$%@!! helicopters in Battlefield 1942 and those were dumbed down!!
I'll have to give that simulator a shot...
