I used to use iPodder when I had a ton of Podcasts I used to listen to. I've recently reduced that list down to just a few. itunes seems to fit the bill for all of my needs now. I just check it on monday and if there's a cast out there ready for me, I jack up the pod and pull it down.

Oh No... NOT AGAIN!! The Beep Of Death??
Caught this over on Digg and thought I'd post it over here for the Asylum. It appears that Sony wasn't about to let those Microsofters have all of that "XXX-of-Death" fun!! The PS3 is proving to have it's own demons. Get a load of this: http://www.joystiq.com/2006/11/18/ps3-is-following-in-360s-foot...

A Retro Gaming Double-Whammy!!
Wow... Check this out!! Was cleaning out the cobweb-filled recesses of my hard drive this morning and came across a little gem that I thought everyone here would get a kick out of. Some of you have probably heard of this neat little mod for Quake III. For Retro Respect purposes, I thought I'd take y...

Listening now... Regarding those failing 360's and the soldering points. I think what could be happening is the fact that electronics manufacturers are required by law to now use "lead free solder" on all boards. You literally can not sell your hardware in Europe if you use lead based solder. Tin is...

Congrats D!! You're gonna LOVE IT! I HIGHLY recommend you go ahead and get that 2 year warranty immediately. OR, if you bought it at a store that has a product replacement warranty, get that. There have been some issues with the 360 and your gonna want to make sure your covered. I just got done play...

The Podcasts (and other stuff...)
Greets All... Just got home after spending the past 5.5 hours on a plane. It gave me the opportunity to listen to some of the old Twitch Asylum Podcasts that I keep stored on my trusty iPod. I gotta tell ya, Twitch #2 is by far my favorite! Having Howard Scott Warshaw on was just absolutely fantasti...

WHOA.... I can't believe you guys did a segment on Epyx!! I can't WAIT to listen to it! Right now, it's 4:49AM and I'm sitting here in NYC getting ready to head to JFK to catch a plane home. With any luck, I'll be downloading tonight and getting my Twitch-Fix by 2:00 this afternoon! You always know ...

Wow! What a find. This is definitely going on my list of classic titles to get. Lately I've been zero'd in on System Shock and System Shock 2. I swear, I just can't get sick of that game! The Fallout series was such a fun game to play. I could easily lose myself in it again! Thanks for the reminder!...

Archeological Find Part 2 !!!
As part of my continuing Archeological Find series, I bring you a game that I still hold dear to my heart. Cracking the lids on these old games makes me feel like Indiana Jones. I love coming across my old notes and maps. Each drawing takes me back to exactly when I drew it. I remember exactly where...

I know what you mean Steam. Playing games like GoW or Quake lend themselves to Sci-Fi horror & violence. Surprisingly there is a difference. If they ain't from earth, they're toast. (maybe thats why aliens haven't visited us yet...) I can slaughter nasties all day long in Quake or Doom but I find my...

I was actually surprised at how well this works. My 360 connects to my network via the wireless accessory. My AP is upstairs and the 360 is downstairs. It runs flawlessly. This is what I was counting on with the 360. I want to be able to do more things with a console than just game. The Wii also loo...

Red Rings Of Death Fix??
Check this out- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYv6b7MndJk Not sure of the validity of this warranty busting fix but if it works..... It's actually pretty genius and elegantly simple! I want to stress though this WILL void ANY warranty you may have and I'm not 100% sure if this works. I wish I were ...
