I've done about 5 levels of the single player campaign on Heroic and want to continue and finish this, but i've got friends who want to start the co op campaign on Legendary and play the whole game as the 4 of us.

Does anyone know if i start a 4 player co op, will i lose my single player save game, or can i have 2 different saves..... one single player, one co op?

No, you won't lose your single player save game. Or I should say, I didn't lose mine when I played co-op. I was able to resume my single player campaign at where I had left off.

Legendary? We tried that one night and couldn't get very far.... although, we may suck.
